Client Agreement

Payment for services:
Payment must be made in full the day prior the first day of services listed on your invoice. Payments must be made on the client portal.
All invoices are subject to a $5 late fee for every day they are overdue. Any bank fees incurred as a result of a returned payment, or any other reason, will be the responsibility of the client.
The listed prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed. Prices for services that have been confirmed in the client portal are guaranteed.
Schedule changes:
Nev and Company staff aim to maintain your service time as scheduled. Due to the unexpected nature of mobile services, delays of up to 1 hour are possible, please be aware when scheduling services and schedule services accordingly.
Rescheduling and Canceling:
We understand that plans may change at the last minute and will attempt to accommodate by moving your appointment time within the same day of services. Our staff respects your time, please be respectful of your service provider’s time.
cancellations made within 24 hours or less and no-shows are required to pay the full cost of services. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before your scheduled service time are required to pay a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of services. All other cancellations will be required to pay a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the cost of services.
Holiday Booking:
The holidays are Nev and company’s busiest times of the year! Use the client portal to Request your booking as far in advance as possible and ensure your spot on the calendar, as those dates fill up quickly.
the holiday fee for care+ and Walking+ is $15 for the days listed below:
• Easter • Memorial Day • Independence Day • Labor Day • Halloween •
• Thanksgiving • Christmas Eve •Christmas Day • New Year's Eve • New Year's Day •
Holiday Cancellations:
cancellations made within 72 hours or less and no-shows are required to pay the full cost of services. Cancellations made between 72 hours and 2 weeks before your scheduled service time will be required to pay a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of services. All other cancellations will be required to pay a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the cost of services.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with services, we are happy to receive feedback. please complete the happiness survey provided at the completion of services or send a message to your service provider in the client portal so we can discuss your concerns.
Keys:
When services require staff to access your pets without your presence, we will ask for two copies of your house key so staff may enter your home to provide services. Please ensure the copied keys work properly with the corresponding locks. If garage or door codes are provided, Nev and Company requires one key to have as back up.
If key(s) are not provided at the initial meet and greet, Nev and Company will provide a lockbox in which to secure your key(s) to make available outside of your home for the start of services, and your key(s) will be returned to the lockbox at the end of services. You may retain the lockbox while you are an active Nev and Company client and we will collect it upon your request at any time. If the lockbox is not returned to Nev and Company and you have not requested services within 6 months, a $35 fee will be invoiced in your client portal.
Key(s) will be returned to you at the end of service, unless You request that we keep them in between services. Key(s) maintained by Nev and company will not be marked with personally identifiable information and will be kept in a secure location.
If pick-up or delivery of your key(s) is required outside of a scheduled visit, A $10 fee will be invoiced in your client portal.
For your pet, your home, and your safety, Nev and Company will not accept keys in any ways other than the options outlined above.
Pet information:
Please keep client and pet information, including vaccination records and veterinarian information, up to date in the client portal.
In the client portal, click on “pets” and select “edit details” to keep your pet’s information up to date.
click on “pets” and select the “vaccination” tab to upload a proof of vaccination document provided by your pet’s veterinarian and select the expiration date of the vaccination administered. If you have a pet whose first vaccinations were given by a breeder or shelter, please ask your veterinarian to sign the vaccination records during your pets first wellness exam, and then upload the documentation.
Staff Privacy:
For safety and insurance reasons, we request that there are no other people permitted to care for your pets during our scheduled service period. If other service providers, such as cleaning staff, will enter your home during the duration of services, please provide us with notice of those services.
we require all cameras inside and outside of your home to be disclosed during our initial meet and greet. For the safety and privacy of our staff, no cameras may be located in bedrooms where staff members will stay, or any bathrooms.
Agreement:
The most up to date version of the client agreement will be made available here and on the client portal when services are requested. By scheduling with Nev and Company, you agree to the terms laid out in this client agreement.
